The platform is in the middle of Forest Park Parkway, so you go up to a bridge over the parkway, then back down to the platform.

The platform is in the middle of the Forest Park Parkway, so you go up to a bridge over the parkway, then down to the platform. Kind of fun, but lots of steps.
