The parking entrance from Departure area is closed. NAIA T3 employees are allowed to park here. So if you want to stay for a while to bid farewell, go straight ahead to the arrival area instead.

Parking may be full most of the time. If you have someone to stay in the car while waiting, you can double park so you can move the car anytime a car leaves.
