Despues de tantos años, que todavia no consigan organizar una cena en condiciones es dificil de creer. Las consumiciones caras para el servicio prestado. El resto del hotel ideal, quitando la fachada.

Esther, the Guest Relations Manager = total legend. Sorted us out for an extended stay when there was no availability, all the while w/ a HUGE smile (also spitting image of a Spanish Lauren Hutton ;)

Massively recommend the "Level" suites - access to the Level Lounge all day (w/ canapés & bevvies all day!), a comped spa treatment for 2, pool cabanas, etc! FAB hotel with a lot of personality!
