Note parking is limited from Coal Creek Parkway, you might want to try the Cougar Mountain car park

Leave your headphones behind to enjoy sounds of the creek and other elements of nature. Expect elevation changes, bridges, stairs and muddy spots along the way of this altogether great running trail.

Nice place. Walk far enough in and you wont know your in a big city. Very peaceful. Someday I will make it all the way to the end
