Auto department is not dependable. Brought car in for oil change, they didn't put new oil in and out old filter back on. Had to replace the engine. Made them pay for it.

Worse return policy. You would think, with competitors such as homedepot, Rona and Walmart who care about their clientele that Canadian tire would catch on but no! Don't buy here. Too hard to return

Don't buy stuff full price, it always goes on sale.
