Nothing like waiting in a line for 55 minutes. Skip this rental location and go for another one that doesn't make you wait for almost an hour to pick up a car!

Terrible customer service. Our car looked like it had been through a war before we drove it. Inside smelled like feet. Take LOTS of pictures of any damage before you leave the lot. You will need them.

Faster to walk out of terminal, cut through parking lot and cross street, than it is to wait for shuttle, to get here. Only if you have someone who can get and wait for bags.

They charge you a fee for returning the car early even if you tell them before you rent the car. Not pleased with their service.

AWFUL customer service. Didn't find our reservation until we dug out the number, it was the wrong car and still unready, and upon exchange for correct car 2 hrs later claimed we had "scratched" it.
