Avoid the customer service counter. There is usually 1 person and it takes for ever to get anything done! Maybe only 1 person works the desk.

Love the bulk organic foods, but be sure in the health food section that you know what things go for elsewhere - some prices are good, some are horrible.

Don't go on the weekend. It is crazy busy, and the one on 72nd and Pacific has an interesting clientele on the weekend!
