Top notch service for shoes, belts and any other leather items (think the wife's handbags or your dapper briefcase). These guys are real artisans and know their trade.

Terrible parking availability. Didn't finish my shoes by due date. They scrambled to complete job; craftsmanship was poor. Would never take anything back here again.

Call ahead for pick-up. Had my shoes for a week, stopped by an hour before pick up time and they had just started on them. Stopped by again 90 minutes after pick-up time, "We need 5 more minutes." grr
