Be sure to read your receipt to make sure you weren't charged twice for the same item. And if you were, be sure to insist on some physical proof that the duplicate amount was credited back to you.

Always make a genius bar appointment. They perpetually run late for appointments, so if you just walk in, it can be a 2 hr wait depending on the day....
