HORRIBLE SERVICE! Waited for 15 minutes to get help just to get a bed frame...four people in appliances and ONE in mattresses....this is absurd. Not happy at all 😡

If shopping late and probably will be there after closing, plan to park near the upper level side. Otherwise you have to walk all the way around in the dark...and security/crime isn't the best.

Consistently the worst customer service ever, in all departments. Men: don't use their bathroom unless you want to be solicited for sex. Sadly that's not a joke and sears does nothing about it!
