Who were the numbskulls that designed the parking lot? There's a huge depression in the middle so carts will go rolling if you don't block them as you're loading up your car.

Employees don't check receipts very well. Accidentally left a pair of jeans at the register, then went to eat for 15-20 minutes and no one told us. Had to drive back to the store to get them.
