Maureen lewandowski the “ manager” is deplorable. She only knows one word. “ appointment “. She does know understand the words “ service customers”.So far been there three times for the same problem

The folks at the genius bar are very friendly and I didn't have to wait long at all - they fixed my laptop in less than an hour for a reasonable price. Overall, it was time (and money) well spent.
