The tickets offered by the hotel I stayed in was $2 cheaper. Try asking your hotel.

The timing on board was 9am and our ticket showed 9.15am. Bus came on time but we left only 15 mins later.

Wait at MyFamilyMart across the street for AC, free wifi, cushioned seats and TV.

The nicest bus back to Phnom Penh. Don't forget to use the toilet at the station. It's a long trip.
