Burkas do not equal "terrorist". Why we excommunicate parents who just want to go some place their children can play is beyond me. But if you can get past the racial undertones, it really is nice.

The fountain near the playground is down. Bring some water or drinks to keep hydrated.

A great wide open park with tennis, basketball and a nice shaded play area for the kids.
