Love it! Master trainer Jacob is fantastic to work with. Love the privacy of having different equipment on different floors. For comments on cleanliness it's a reflection on the guests not the staff.

Don't bother signing up for personal training. They only have 3 trainers that have no flexibility or openings. The place isn't very well maintained and there are NEVER free weights when you need them.

Dudes, no matter how many times you look at yourself in the mirror during your workout, you aren't getting better looking. Just workout so people don't have to stand around and wait.

The hot tub has been broken for a month! Nothing but excuses from management. Not responsive to customer complaints.

They have been lazy about filling the soap in the men's showers in the evenings. 2nd time in a row they have had no soap.
