Their oxtail soup is yummy. The small portion was just right for me. 😋

Great breakfast! Reasonably priced and a place where the locals go. The loco moco is their special!

Local diner that is cheap, no frills, and serves delicious macadamia nut pancakes!! Will definitely be back.

I prefer Ono Family Restaurant in Kapaa for breakfast, but if you are looking for breakfast in Lihue this is a good spot. The locals come here too.

Great pancakes. But if you like bacon make sure you order yours crispy. Toast was soooo good too. Yes the toast. @808plate

Tasty local fare at good prices. We split the Chinese Special and it was plenty of food for two.

This place is busy but well worth it! Ate here twice on our vacation and would highly recommend the loco moco and the oxtail soup. Now we can see why the locals rave!!

Try everything pancakes (bananas, pineapple, macadamia nuts, and their homemade jam) delish! Less busy in the early morning, kind and attentive service and great for a breakfast on a budget :)

Got the grand slam - the goteburg sausage was spicy, but the outstanding part was the banana pineapple pancakes! Try them with coconut AND maple!

#TipTop is a historic slice of Kauai. Elvis, the Coco Palms Resort (Blue Hawaii location) are long gone, but Tip Top lives on as the 50's/60's affordable place to sleep & eat.
