Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Often there are great deals if booked far enough in advance.

£20 to use the car park overnight. Would have gone elsewhere if seen on website.

Gone downhill badly. Walls of rooms badly marked. Rooms dirty. Orange juice watered down. Not many positives :-(

Avoid the chain restaurants downstairs & walk 5 mins to the Woolpack pub on Rochford Road. Great beers, food served till 8, Mid-Essex CAMRA pub of the year.
