Nice and basic , using the pod to t5 is ideal

Rooms provide all basic needs including iron, bath (with fixed overhead shower), super new large HD TV, comfy bed, good pillows, crisp sheets. Was staying in a standard double this time.

A cheaper option than the Sofitel for T5 and lacks a lift so you have to lug your suitcase up and down stairs. Basic double rather dated apart from large new wall mounted HD TV.

Easy access to T5 via Pod cars that wizz you to & from the Terminal in 5 minutes for £5 each way collected by the hotel on behalf of the airport. Pod shown in photo. Choose station B for the hotel.

Not much to look at. And 5 pounds per person each way seems steep for the pods. Take the 423 bus instead. Room and bed are tiny but the bed is fairly comfortable. Some staff don’t speak English.
