Ring ahead to see if they are serving lunch at lunch time. We arrived at 1pm to be told the chef had gone home as they were not busy, so no food! The staff recommended The Swan (which is closed down!)

Excellent food and wine. The location is also fantastic. House specialty is the duck starter, and rosti. Neither to be missed!

Book before you go, even on a lunchtime. If you turn up early you seem to get the better tables.
