Hotel rooms are spread in several historical buildings, lot of stairs and your room might be in a different place from where breakfast is served. Beautiful view over the river Thames.

Check your allocated room, i was given a single room with no phone reception despite paying extra for a double. Resolved but the duty manager couldn't be bothered to even talk to me.
