Exceptionally good hotel. Great service, classy building, excellent room, wonderful breakfast in a great location, central with an adjacent park.

Third oldest hotel in Finland. Great vintage style. Good breakfast. We had a room on the 7th floor with view on the city. Unfortunately it lacks air conditioning. Very friendly staff.

Always a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Rebranding hasn't changed much. Only negative were the changes done to the Library Café downstairs. Was cozier before. Still 5/5 for me.

A historical grand hotel, definitely the best in Tampere. Rooms have a lot of personality, service is very friendly and the downstairs Italian restaurant is not too bad either. We will be back!

Ask for the Gagarin room, it has a sauna. Hotel welcomed me with a plate of fruits.
