Customer service is pretty much non existent here. Only benefit of this hotel is that it is close to places worth visiting. Watch out for Kim at the front desk. She's kinda horrible.

The A/C unit smelled mildewy, and the electrical outlets were super strangely placed, but the room itself was comfortable.

My parents have stayed here for years. They have always received great service. The rooms are average, but the location to campus can't be beat. A little pricey, but that's to be expected.

Rooms are clean but the place is run down and the parking lot is too small. Having No continental breakfast burns my ass. Stay at Comfort Suites by Pittsburgh airport, much better for the same price.

Aside from the spurious midnight fire alarm, not a bad stay. Beds comfortable, water pressure good, free shuttle can prompt, parking ample. If you like towels larger than a postage stamp, pack yours.

Slight issue as it was a corporate check in, but other than that no problems. Kid at the desk even switched my room so I would have a hotel/minifridge.

Ranks in the top 5 worst accommodations I've ever stayed. Ugly, outdated, worn. Not a lot of Quality going on here.

Rudest staff i have ever dealt with, no continental breakfast , and false advertising on the shuttle service- go somewhere else!

Good for a one night stay, other than that it was a crappy hotel. Definitely should've upgraded to something better in the area.
