Nothing wrong w/ actual room. But as too often is the case, reception staff was cold and unreceptive. Also our room had NOT been cleaned before our arrival. Staff did not care. Manager did.

They now have wifi in the room. After paying toy fair rates, they still gave me a room with a broken toilet and then moved me to a smoking room, when I had specifically asked for non smoking.

Low speed free Wi-Fi (you need to pay for the normal one) , dead moth on the floor, pricy and if you book and pay online showing your ID is not enough, good luck finding your voucher.
