Order some black pudding to go with that Matfen breakfast. What an excellent hotel, I can't fault any aspect, facilities, or service. Brilliant.

We got married here and stayed many times before & after. Amazing place all round. Can't recommend it highly enough. Great Hall incredible, facilities amazing, food delicious & staff superb.

Definitely try a spa treatment here - excellent value for the high quality. If you eat at the Library restaurant, the "Matfen Hall" fillet is amazing!
