If you book ahead its pretty good value for Luanda. Walk up rooms can be expensive. Professionalism has improved a lot at this venue in the last 6 months.

Must say that this is probably the best hotel in Luanda. First stay here but would stay again, staff are amazing and good fun if you want to try to learn Portuguese ! Get a local sim card. #cheaper
