The room was comfortable, the castle view in a cheaper room was good, the only bas thing in the room was the heating. The dinnner and the breakfast was great with a lot of meal choices.

Good hotel - spacey & comfortable rooms, polite staff, peaceful surrounding and view on Trakoscan castle! Ideal for vacation and relaxing! One fail: wifi - available in lobby only, very low in rooms.

Great hotel with 5* service, everyone's so nice and friendly. Spacey rooms, good spa program, and aboslutely gorgeus view on Trakoscan castle. Wi-fi very weak, we couln't catch it in our room.
