Stanze ampie e pulite con frigobar, cassaforte. Metà stanze hanno un ingresso separato tipo motel, con parcheggio. Colazione continentale, è presente un ristorante. Wifi con password. Bar ben fornito.

Costruito per i Mondiali di ciclismo, ha camere grandi, comode, pulite, ambienti ben curati e colazione a buffet abbondante e variegata.
