Service is excellent. They work hard for your love. The rooms have brainy toys. Free wifi is okay at best and limited to 3 devices. They need to change that.

PLAY WITH THE TOYS in the room (who doesn't like an etch-a-sketch) and make use of the perfectly heated pool!

Love Joie de vive hotels and definitely recommend this one. Also found great local taxi co that is good rates, reliable, so nice and an actual Sherpa! Everest Cab 408-990-6224

The staff here are incredibly sweet. I checked in late due to a death in the family and they left me a singing card signed by the whole staff and a little snow globe! I'll certainly be back :)
