Only location is ok. Breakfast poor rooms are 2nd class bathroom 3rd class.

Their double rooms (single beds) are clean. Rates are reasonable.

Leans on the adequate side. A bit too pricey for service that you can probably find somewhere else. Advantage is it's right in front of the Gaisano Dept. Store.
