From A Spire member (I stay at IHG A LOT) The worst hotel and customer support EVER. Do yourself a favor and travel the extra distance to Van Wert, OH.

The staff is friendly Tracy is so warm and friendly to every Guest my wife and I loved how she go out of her way to represent your company well.

The "heated pool " was to damn cold.... Plus they clam we didn't check out !!!!
