Really bad on giving you receipt for advancd purchase, they cannot give it, I don't understand why, it's a shame the service with the great location that this hotel has.

Rooms are nothing special but it works. It is located within 5 mins of the Allen Event Center and IN N OUT BURGER!! 😃

Beds are firm. Lots of soft pillows but you can ask for firm. Mobility impaired rooms well thought out. Good breakfast.
