The view is great, especially by night. The 3* part of the hotel is overpriced. Double room was without balcony and space. The staff was friendly.

Terrible place! No air condit in the rooms, dirty pool, tv not working, air condit in the room not working properly, no breakfast incl for the pricy rooms! Great disappointment!!!

There was no mineral water at all, and the pools were freezing. Furthermore, there was no heating in our bedroom, which was cold as hell (especially at night). The staff was polite, however.

Spa's full of smoke, not good at all, dirty pool are (clean water), nonfunctional Jacuzzi in room bathroom, frustrating water with no good temperature (too hot or too cold circling at it's own)

Западнал хотел, спа центърът не работи, "луксозната" стая е адски компромисна, ръжда в банята, храната в ресторанта е меко казано странна

Ресторантите и бара са на ниво. Долу на центъра пицариите и кафетата готвят ужасно!
