Highly recommended for clean practical rooms and good service in the symbolic buildings. Breakfast should be better for such a luxury hotel.

A 5 Star Hotel with very friendly staff and amazing view of Baku. ATM machine and money exchange machine available in the lobby.

Perfect view, friendly staff, very clean maid, breakfast could be much better than it was. Wifi was very slow at the end of my room and also when I was in the bed. But I was really satisfied ❤️

Spectacular view to the city and Caspian sea. Lobby is very beautigul. Good is nice... breakfast service can be improved.

Except price everything is good:) hotel, view from room, location, restaurants, Alow jaz bar and italian restaurant. Personal is good. I can say number 1 hotel in Baku. Open air pool, ESPa fitness👍

The indoor pool and outside pool are really great with a amazing view over the baku Bay! Also the indoor glass sauna is a must to try!

Upgrading to Fairmont Gold is 100% worth it: breakfast, afternoon tea with sweets, snacks in the evening, wine & soft drinks included. Private lounge zone with lovely staff. Rooms on higher floors.

Fairmont is a fantastic hotel with an amazing view & excellent service. Flame Towers is actually the only place you should stay at when visiting Baku. You will never regret about choosing it.
