I wanted enjoy buffet dinner but it has not opened because of no people. The restaurant at 2nd floor is good but staff’s English skill is low...

Staff’s English level is good and very friendly, I like it. The location is pretty good, nearby Xujiahui station, metro 11, 1 and 9.

If you upgrade to VIP, the executive lounge on the top floor is great for getting work done. Free food and drinks and a great view and fantastic service.

Heater doesnt seem to work. Shut it off and wear the pj. More comfortable that way.
