Huge balconies. Big rooms. Pretty accommodating staff. Great location. The diner opens at 5 so no lunch but everything else is top notch.

Terrible customer service. Average rooms, was not supplied hand or face towels. Only plus is great location. Good if you just need a bed for the night, not so good if you want somewhere to relax.

We requested a balcony room with a washer (in the tower) and were given a huge, clean, twin room with exactly what we requested and a gorgeous view. Pretty happy to stay here for a few days.
