The room was good and clean and everything worked fine. The only bad thing, they don’t understand English. It’s ok for any other type of establishment, but for an hotel in the middle of Shinjuku...?

Love this place, staff are magnificent. The rooms are a tad on the small side, but very clean and comfortable. Near to transport hubs, just don’t get lost like I did. 👍 Would heartily recommend.

Rooms are compact and bijou, Staff speak better English than we do, A bit noisy and lively outside at night.All in all would heartily recommend

They are always amazing. The location is wonderful. The hotel is a bit crowded. Many sushi restaurants around. Also convenient stores are found in front of the hotel.

Very tiny room if you are booking their cheapest and standard room. Can barely open a 29" luggage inside the room. Ventilation inside room needs to be fixed, the room and toilet smells so rotten.

Very good location in shinjuku area. Not too close to the subway station though, but less than 15 mins walk. Restaurants in the area close later than other areas
