Don't even bother if you don't have 45 minutes to wait. They manage to lose our insurance information every single time. I think they count on you walking around making impulse purchases. Not me!

Pharmacy is understaffed no customer service no help from the pharm tech no help from the pharmacist don't waste your time go to Walgreens a few blocks over .

I wonder if the time the person who said this pharmacy is understaffed, there might've been a person (or two) out sick? Or having babies? Sometimes things happen in retail.
