Free Wifi! But you need to refresh the connection from and then because it will be deactivated if idle for too long.

If you are staying overnight in one of the rooms, remember to bring your own towel and slippers, because they don't provide those for free.

Arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of appointments as the lifts get so crowded and stop on every floor (or in contrast skip the floor you are boarding when it is full). Use the back staircases on the way down.

Physio is good here ask for Sharon very nice and helpful, help my back a lot. Electric treatment was helpful and had a nice muscle massage.

A tip: there's an HSBC ATM inside the sliding doors and around to the left. Convenient for those nearby or passing by.
