Had surgery in Feb. Upon check-out, i had been waiting 5 hours & still no bill. Poor HMO service & bad nursing staff on the floor i was in. Do not got to this hospital! Good doctors, bad backroom

does your hospital allow a department head to administer the admission of a patient through a phone call from the US? if anything happens to the patient who takes responsibility?

Ang endoscopy machine defective. isinalang ako saka nasira habang me nakasaksak sa bibig ko. 30 minutes bago naayos. wew

Ang staff ng CT Scan mas worst laughing most of the time habang nagooperate. 10 am schedule naging 11 am. WORST HOSPITAL.

Inindorse ako sa especialista daw na wala alam manlait sa idea mo kung ano sakit mo. Not after ng 8 check up at 1 endoscopy.

1 and a half months na GAMUTAN (?)!!!! tapos d daw gerd sakit ko baka me cancer OR infectious disease.

They only have wooden benches for out-patient consultation. Not even ergonomically constructed for elderly and pregnant women!
