Palau (plov) is a good one, people from Eastern Europe and East will love it. Same as beef tongue salad and grilled lamb. Just ask to make it less spicy if you don't like it hot.

I don't know if this is typical of Mongolian cuisine, but I sampled three dishes and they were exceedingly salty. Poor food + poor service = you should go to the Thai restaurant up the road instead.
