Great service, enthusiastic servers...not sure what day the others came when service was slow, but I received exactly what I ordered without much of a wait. And the milkshakes are awesome!

I'm going to start off by saying this. I'm a big fan of the milk shakes. And the burgers are great too. I'm sometimes disapointed by the services. But not all the time.

Rediculous drive thru wait. Had to repeat the order 10 times. Waited for food for 10 minutes before we ended up leaving without food. Stay away. Robinson is the best Steak N Shake in Pittsburgh.

Service has always been great for me at this location. If it's slow it's usually because the place is packed. Try the Guacamole Steakburger, it's fantastic.
