Long, blond wood bar; small, rectangular menu card; booze lineup; pork belly buns; pork-packed ramen crowned with an oozing soft-boiled egg. We almost don’t mind that they’re served in mason jars.

Great for lunch during the week. Delicious ramen, in and out quick and you have your pick of the tables or counter.

The ramen bowls here are huge! If you like spicy, you can get the suicide spice but be careful! It will make you sweat!

I really enjoyed Oiistar, but I wish they had more non-spicy options for us normies. I had several buns, the Umami, & an "Oiimoji" -- all delicious.

Really impressed- best vegetarian broth I've ever had- pro-tip, can sub it in for any ramen. The miso one 👌🏻.
