Local farm to table concept. Many things can be made into gluten free, vegetarian. Large craft beer selection. Wait staff fabulous.

Merchants has a fantastic brunch buffet on Sundays and a top-notch list of beers on tap (30+). Great for a romantic dinner or happy hour with friends. The atmosphere is elegant without being stuffy.

This is an amazing farm-to-table restaurant, and I love that it's in an old bank! If it's on the menu when you go, try the cheesecake.
