A dumpling house institution in the Northwest. Huge menu. Excellent service. Everything is fresh. Highly recommend.

This place gets a 60/100 compared to the OG Din Tai Fung. This is the only Din Tai Fung I’ve been to that provided black vinegar instead of rice vinegar for XLB, and it is JUST NOT RIGHT.

Start with spicy cucumber salad, then the baby ribs starter, sautéd string beans and then the shrimp pork wontons in spicy sauce. Great!

It is an excellent place with absolutely delicious dumplings. Beware of the rush hours. You may have to queue up. But it's worth it.
