If you haven't been to CiCi's in a while, they have changed their model slightly by going to paper cups and self-cleanup (you put your own stuff in the trash or in the dirty dishes bin).

Can't beat a pizza buffet less than $10. Plenty of variety. You can get a personal pizza if they don't have it readily available. Staff is friendly. Cheap eat!
