It's the best authentic ramen! It had a wonderful taste, without being overly salty. The seating is a bit small/cramped, however the decor was very nice.

Authentic Japanese ramen crafted by Chef Daisuke Ueda but Chinese operated. Skip the gyoza and watch out for the egg. Salty enough I can make my own soup base by using it for my dashi.
