I like the remodel. Theirs more setting. But the bad service needs to stop. It's only one person so when I see him in their I go somewhere else.

Long lines lead back through the store past the service counter back towards the bathrooms. It can be hot and sticky. Very limited seating. Close to Holiday Inn.
