If you get a hair in your breakfast croissant, their assistant manager will loudly proclaim it is fuzz even when it was clearly hair! Gross!

Watch out for hidden charges...especially on kids meals. .49 extra for apples instead of fries and .25 for apple juice instead of coke. (the apple juice fee is not posted) and they charge for water
