Hours are never as posted, making it virtually impossible to pick up certified mail that postal carrier refused to deliver.

The package drop box sucks, it is ALWAYS getting stuck. It's nice to have a 24 hour p.o. machine, but kind of useless if you can't even drop off the packages!

Be careful about those hours... They seem to never be open when I go at 5pm... and I don't think they open before 10am either?
