People here do not really care about how's u people are waiting in line. No matter how many times you complain & post on social networks the company doesn't do something about it either....

This used to be my fave branch. Small but fast service. Now that they renovated to a bigger place service sucks big time. This BEA system is CRAP. Can't BPI get that???

I would suggest to do your transactions before lunch at this branch. Because normally there will be a lot more customer thereafter. But don't worry the service is fast.
